Clinical Proteomics

Mission statement: founded in 2011, Clinical Proteomics is a joint venture between the McGill University and the Research Institute of the McGill University Health Centre (RI-MUHC), offering mass spectrometry support to all investigators including affiliated hospitals and institutes and beyond. Clinical Proteomics consists of two operational cores, one at the Royal Victoria Hospital (housed in M3) and a second at the McGill University and Genome Quebec Innovation Centre (on the 5th floor). We specialize in discovery-based proteomics using state of the art instrumentation and streamlined bioinformatics coupled with extensive expertise. Along with Proteomic Services, we also carry out internal Research & Development Projects.
